Anxiety - Supportive Therapy Group - Lindley, Huddersfield

A woman stands alone and forlorn.
THIS GROUP IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING
In the past I offered a supportive therapy group for people dealing with anxiety, low self esteem and issues with assertiveness. This practitioner-facilitated therapy group was designed to help participants overcome their fears and get more out of life by helping them to deal with social situations, conflict, fear of specific situations and problems and so on. We reflect the needs of the group's participants. This is a chance to get specialist help, from a highly experienced therapist, without a waiting list, and to do so in a supportive environment alongside others facing similar challenges.

I will aim to create a confidential, safe, non-judgemental, friendly and welcoming environment in which I and everyone involved accept each other, empathise with your difficulties and offer practical and emotional support.

We will cover a range of topics and issues suggested by members themselves and based on past experience it is likley we will covers topics such as, for example:

Anxiety

Assertiveness

Self confidence

Stress

Health worries

Depression

Medication
